Middle eastern comfort food made with zucchini, chick peas
& spices rolled into balls & deep fried, paired with a pilaf using
beets, beet greens, bulgur wheat & almonds

Maine Lobster with Wild Mushrooms
This luxurious dish brings together the bounty of the sea with
the fruits of the forest in a broth made from lobster, aromatic
vegetables, fresh herbs and butter

Pomegranate Sorbet
A transition into the main course, this palate cleanser is
slightly sweet with bursts of flavor from pomegranate kernels

Grilled NY Strip
Local Hickory Nut Gap NY Strip marinated, then grilled to a
perfect mid-rare, paired with a rosemary white bean puree

Sliced Strawberries with Grand Marnier Zabaglione
A Warm Grand Marnier spiked custard spooned over fresh
strawberries, paired with a house made chocolate bark & mint oil drizzle
